MCFFP

It is an incorporation in the production process with elements of productive modernization with the creation of MCFFP (Mini central of filling and finisher of products). The proposal consists of modernizing the production process.

The insertion of the new production process has a competitive advantage over large industries. With the innovation in the process, it was possible to innovate in the organization, marketing, and product, making a disruptive innovation.

The production was divided and decentralized, the product is made in two stages. The first stage is the parent industry that will be in an industrial region and will make the product in its concentrated form. This product is sent to MCFFP in returnable containers.

The MCFFP will be in commercial/residential regions and will finalize the product and sell it directly to the final consumer. The product arrives from the parent industry and is diluted, personalized (color and aroma), homogenized, packaged, and labeled.

In the MCFFP the customer will personalize the product, and we will work with returnable mini tanks to avoid generating disposable waste with the packaging. In the first purchase, the customer purchased the mini reservoir and in the second he only refills.
