Plasticar is a sustainable entrepreneurship that was born in a Final Project of Architecture and Urbanism. This project transforms plastic pollution into architectural applications. We literally transform discarded plastic products into beams through a mechanical process, obtaining beams, bricks and sheets. We use this archetypes to design a Recycling Point. A self-replicable space where any kind of organization could start to recycle progressively: NGO’s, cooperatives, privates or some part of government.
This new Recycling space, constructed with the same process that houses, will be the sustainable symbol of what recycling can do, and a new productive business with social impact in vulnerable neighborhoods.
